This version stars Queen Latifah as a disillusioned CIA agent who, well, same gig. The show is a reboot of a popular mid-80’s CBS action show which starred Edward Woodward as a retired intelligence agent who uses his particular set of skills to help the downtrodden and imperiled. ![]() ![]() While 14% lower than the ratings for last year’s post-Super Bowl episode of The Masked Singer (which makes sense since Super Bowl ratings were down 15% from last year), the pilot episode for The Equalizer earned a decent 20 million viewers.
